If the Recipient (or any of its representatives) is compelled to disclose any of such information in terms of any law or order of court of competent jurisdiction, it shall prior to such disclosure timeously inform ASOC thereof and in making such disclosure, disclose only the minimum information it is required by law to disclose and do so only in consultation with ASOC, taking into account the reasonable requirements of ASOC.
